Crawl, render and indexation
Every page that should rank must be fetchable, renderable and indexed. We reconcile your sitemap, your crawl and Google's indexed set, and fix the gaps. Proof of done: GSC Page Indexing, before and after.
Technical SEO and AI search visibility, delivered as engineering. We measure where you stand on Google and in the answers ChatGPT, Copilot and Perplexity give, then we fix what blocks you: crawl access, rendering, schema, speed and structure. Fixed prices below. Delivery guarantee in writing.
512 AI-referral sessions, 10 new contacts
For one client, an llms.txt file and AI-visibility work produced 512 AI-referral sessions and 10 new contacts in two months, a 1.95% conversion rate (Unily, Sep–Oct 2025).
104 seconds on site
Visitors who reach us from ChatGPT and Perplexity spend an average of 104 seconds on site, against 9 to 21 seconds from other sources (our own analytics, measured Jul 2026).
Recovering, in public
We rebuilt our own search programme after an 80% collapse: 630 off-mission posts pruned, 8 topic clusters built, clicks now trending up week over week.

Most firms discover the problem the same way: a buyer says they could not find you, or found a competitor first.
Buyers shortlist suppliers by asking ChatGPT and Copilot, and you have no idea whether you appear.
How often you appear, against which competitors, and which sources the engines cite instead.
Pages Google never indexes, redirect chains, broken schema, templates that fail Core Web Vitals.
With before/after evidence per fix, not a monthly PDF of averages.
Vague inclusions, hours that vanish, and no defined finish line.
A written delivery guarantee, and a stop point you control.
A site rebuild or migration that quietly destroys years of ranking equity.
1:1 redirect maps, single-hop 301s and sitemap hygiene treated as non-negotiable, the way we delivered the 67 Bricks WordPress-to-HubSpot migration.

Migration equity in practice: we rebuilt 67 Bricks’ site from WordPress to HubSpot in one month, with 301 redirects wherever the URL structure changed and blog taxonomy preserved.

Every page that should rank must be fetchable, renderable and indexed. We reconcile your sitemap, your crawl and Google's indexed set, and fix the gaps. Proof of done: GSC Page Indexing, before and after.
Field data (what Google actually measures), not lab scores. We remediate the known HubSpot CMS offenders: heavy modules, render-blocking scripts, unoptimised images, font shift. Proof of done: CrUX pass at the 75th percentile on priority templates.
Validated JSON-LD per template that matches visible content exactly. And the honest version: Google withdrew FAQ rich results on 07 May 2026, so we build schema for machine readability and AI parsing, not for a rich-snippet promise that no longer exists.
The crawlers behind ChatGPT, Copilot and Perplexity execute no JavaScript and give up where a CDN or firewall blocks them. We open and verify access, and confirm your content survives a no-JS fetch. Proof of done: verified bot fetches in your server logs.
Rebuilds and re-platforms are where rankings die. We deliver 1:1 URL maps, single-hop 301s, and 30/90-day continuity checks, so a new site does not cost you your old one's authority.
We re-engineer priority pages to the evidenced citation pattern (statistics, sourcing, extractable answers) and measure your share of AI answers against named competitors, quarter on quarter.
Five steps, in order, every engagement. Steps one, two and five are guaranteeable engineering. Steps three and four are evidenced work whose results we measure transparently and never promise.
We instrument before we touch anything: Search Console, field performance data, and your AI share of voice across ChatGPT, Copilot, Perplexity and Gemini against two named competitors.
We make every page fetchable and renderable by Google and by the AI crawlers: access rules, rendering, indexation, canonicals, redirect chains cut to a single hop.
We engineer the machine-readable layer: validated schema, answer-first structure, cited statistics and sourcing. This is the one lever with peer-reviewed evidence behind it, and we build to it.
We earn the third-party mentions AI engines weight, because the strongest evidence says brand mentions, not backlinks, correlate with AI visibility. On-page work alone is not enough, and we say so.
Every shipped change gets a before-and-after against the baseline. If something moved, you see why. If it did not, the report says that too.
Fixed price, delivered in 10 working days or it is free. Credited in full against a Fix Sprint within 60 days.
30 days, fixed scope from your audit's priority list. Shipped and verified, or the unshipped portion is refunded.
A named deliverables list each quarter, reviewed against results. Stop at any quarter end. No evergreen retainer.
It is making sure that when your buyers ask ChatGPT, Copilot or Perplexity a question your business should answer, those tools can find, read and cite your pages. Mechanically it is engineering work: crawler access, page structure the engines can extract, valid structured data, and third-party mentions of your brand. It is not a magic ranking trick, and anyone selling it as one should worry you.
HubSpot AEO (£44/month, price checked 11 Jul 2026) is a measurement layer: it tracks 25 prompts across ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity and tells you where you are losing. It does not fix anything. When its recommendation says “fix a technical gap”, that gap is schema errors, blocked crawlers, rendering failures or slow templates, and those are engineering jobs. If you have it, keep it: we treat its score as the shared source of truth and we are the fix layer above it.
No, and we would encourage you to walk away from anyone who does. Nobody controls Google's algorithm or how an AI model samples its answers; ranking guarantees are the industry's own red flag for bad practice. What we do guarantee, in writing, is delivery: the audit lands in 10 working days or it is free, and every scoped fix in a sprint ships and verifies within 30 days or the unshipped portion is refunded. We guarantee the inputs and prove the outcomes; we do not pretend to own them.
Three ways. We are software engineers working on HubSpot's CMS at source-code level, so the fixes a marketing agency raises tickets for are the work we do directly. We publish fixed prices with a defined scope and a finish line, instead of an open-ended retainer. And we will not sell you content volume: the evidence says structure, access and authority move AI visibility, not word count.
A full technical crawl reconciled against what Google has actually indexed, a field-data performance read per template, structured-data validation, a check that the crawlers behind ChatGPT, Copilot and Perplexity can fetch and render your pages, and an AI share-of-voice baseline against two competitors you name. It ends in a costed fix list with every item priced, so you know precisely what a sprint would contain before you commit. The £1,500 is credited against a sprint commissioned within 60 days.
Deliverables verify immediately: an opened crawler path or a validated schema block is provable the day it ships. Measured outcomes lag by design: Google's field performance data runs on a 28-day window, Search Console reflects indexation changes over days to weeks, and AI citation data typically needs 90 days or more to show a trend. We publish those clocks in the plan so nobody is surprised, and our reporting separates “shipped and verified” from “moving in the data”.
Probably not on its own, and we will not sell you one as a headline deliverable. Adoption evidence shows the major AI crawlers rarely fetch it, and Google has said it does not use it. We publish one ourselves and we include one in wider AEO builds as a low-cost experiment; in one client engagement it formed part of work that produced 512 AI-referral sessions and 10 contacts in two months. That is the honest position: cheap, worth including, not the lever.
You should be a HubSpot customer, because that is who we build for, but your website can live anywhere. Much of our migration-equity work is precisely about moving sites onto HubSpot CMS without losing rankings. Where your site already runs on HubSpot, we work at theme source-code level, which is where our fixes go deeper than a marketing agency's can.
Yes, with one hard rule: we do not share ownership of the same scope. Your agency keeps brand, campaigns and content strategy; we take single, named accountability for the technical scope in the Scope of Work. Three-way arrangements where two suppliers co-own one deliverable fail, so we decline them.
We re-engineer existing pages to the evidenced citable pattern: definition-first structure, cited statistics, extractable answers, valid markup. We are not a content-volume retainer and we will tell you plainly when more content is not your constraint; on our own site, the diagnosis that mattered was authority and click-through, not volume.
We've delivered CRM implementations since 2016. That's not a tagline; it's pattern recognition. We know where implementations fail, why teams resist adoption, and what actually works.
