Claude is only as useful as the data it can reach, so the first job is usually getting that data clean, structured and connected. If it turns out you need a proper CRM to get real value from Claude, we will tell you, and we can help you put one in. That is a conclusion we reach together, not a condition of working with us.

AI Starter takes four weeks, fully remote, for a team of up to 15. AI Foundations is usually live in two to three weeks, with training finished within six. AI Rollout sets up in 30 days and reports on the first department at day 90. A custom agent typically takes four to eight weeks depending on integration complexity, and full AI Transformation runs eight to twelve weeks or more. We focus on shipping something useful quickly, then expanding.

A custom agent is software we build to handle a defined task end to end, such as triaging support enquiries, drafting sales outreach or running an internal research workflow. It's grounded in your data, connected to your systems and able to take action, not just answer questions.

We work with both and choose per workload rather than by preference. We look at what the job actually requires, what your business already runs and has already contracted for, what procurement and compliance will accept, and what it costs to run at your expected volume.
