Does Loqate have an API that HubSpot forms can use?
Yes. Loqate's Address Capture API works through two calls: Find narrows a list of possible addresses as the visitor types, and Retrieve returns the fully formatted address. Requests are authenticated with a Loqate API key and return JSON, which is what our HubSpot CMS module calls from the page.
Which HubSpot fields does the Loqate module fill in?
The module writes the retrieved address into the standard HubSpot contact address properties: street address, city, state or region, postcode and country. If you store addresses on custom properties or on the company record instead, we map to those at setup.
Do we need our own Loqate account?
Yes. The module uses your own Loqate (GBG) API key, so lookups are billed on your Loqate account and you keep control of usage and country coverage. We configure the module against that key rather than routing traffic through a third party.
How long does a Loqate HubSpot integration take and what does it cost?
