5 working days from the point you grant system access. You receive the report on Day 4, and we schedule the walkthrough call on Day 5. Enterprise tier includes priority scheduling.
Read-only access to your systems and integration platforms. We may request temporary access to specific admin areas to review configuration, but we never make changes without explicit permission.
Focused is right if you have a specific integration problem or fewer than 5 connected systems. Standard is right for most mid-market companies who want a complete picture. Enterprise is right if you have complex environments, legacy systems, or are planning significant investment.
