Sometimes the Health Check reveals the need for deeper work — data migration, integration rebuilds, or CRM re-implementation. We can scope that too.
No. We only need read-only access to conduct the audit. Your data remains untouched throughout the process. We'll never make changes to your portal without explicit permission as part of a separate engagement.
5 working days from the point you grant portal access. Day 4 you receive the report; Day 5 we do the walkthrough call. Premium tier includes priority scheduling if you need faster turnaround.
Each portal requires a separate Health Check. If you have multiple portals (e.g., different business units), we recommend the Premium tier for each, or contact us to discuss a multi-portal package.
Essential is right if you have a smaller portal (under 10,000 contacts, fewer than 20 workflows) and want a focused assessment. Standard is right for most mid-market companies — it's comprehensive and includes everything you need. Premium is right if you have a complex setup (multiple Hubs, custom objects, enterprise-scale data) or need board-ready reporting.
That's valuable information. The Health Check gives you a prioritised action plan — you can work through it yourself, engage us for ongoing Managed RevOps support, or scope a larger transformation project. There's no obligation to do anything, but at least you'll know what needs doing.
No. Our pricing is fixed and transparent. This protects both of us — you know exactly what you're paying, and we can deliver without cutting corners to meet an arbitrary budget. If the investment doesn't make sense for your business right now, that's fine — the service will still be here when it does.
If you proceed to a Managed RevOps retainer or implementation project within 60 days of your Health Check, we'll credit the Health Check fee against your first invoice. This doesn't apply to Basic tier. Please note that minimum project pricing and terms will apply.
