Everything you need to know about Integration Maintenance Services

We maintain integrations built by other developers. Our £1,500 onboarding programme includes developer familiarization, system access setup, and comprehensive training for our team. If documentation doesn't exist, we can create it for an additional £1,000. You'll receive it in a suitable format and always have full access.

Integration services are core to our business, and we have no plans to stop. However, if circumstances change, we'll provide advance notice and work with you to hand over maintenance seamlessly to a new developer. You always retain complete documentation and code access.

The minimum commitment is 12 months, then the agreement auto-renews annually. You can cancel with 30 days' notice before your renewal date via email or client portal. If you're facing financial difficulty, speak to your integration manager. We'll work with you to find a solution.

We maintain integrations with any platform that has an API: Microsoft Dynamics, Sage 50, Salesforce, Xero, NetSuite, custom-built systems, and dozens more. No API? We can still help through RPA or AI agentic workflows. If it connects to HubSpot, we can maintain it.

You get 2 request updates per month for modifications to existing functionality: change field mappings, add properties to syncs, or modify how objects behave. Submit requests via dedicated email or client portal. New cross-object mappings or entirely new functionality are quoted separately.

Standard service includes acknowledgement within one hour during UK business hours (9am–6pm UK time). Need round-the-clock coverage for critical issues? We offer a 24/7 critical support add-on, scoped and priced case-by-case based on your specific requirements.
