Enevo faced significant challenges with their HubSpot portal, due to onboarding and implementation by a service provider who had fallen short of their expectations. After 18 months, they found their portal to be unstructured and lacking clear processes, with insufficient expertise to train their team or assist with the reports, automation, data cleaning, and configuration they needed. Frustrated by the lack of progress, they estimated it would take another 18 months to two years to get their system functioning effectively. Enevo turned to SpotDev to swiftly address these challenges and get their HubSpot portal optimised to drive real results.
The Solution

- Custom proposal template: Enevo initially used a basic drag-and-drop template for quotes but wanted a more polished and branded proposal format. Quote template re-design: SpotDev leaned into its HubSpot development expertise, building on the existing functionality to transform Enevo’s quote into an on-brand, visually striking proposal template, complete with customer testimonials. The number of proposals sent by the Enevo team grew significantly after the template was revamped.
