CIPD needed to manage mentor-mentee relationships for its 'Trust Initiative' using PushFar, a mentoring platform, while handling data, workflows, and communications through HubSpot. PushFar’s API, however, was in its early stages, lacking webhook capabilities and having limitations on workflow execution times.
